Performance Telephone Services was formed in September 1990 as
the result of a management buyout of the business
communications
division of a Mansfield-based engineering and switching
equipment provider. Since our inception,
we have focused our
product lines and our technical employee training on fully
digital communications equipment,
and to a greater degree,
PC-based voice processing systems.
PTS is also a full service
provider of voice and data integration hardware, software,
service and performance
based business solutions. As the new
disciplines of Open Architecture Interface (OAI) and
Computer / Telephony
Integration (CTI) develop, we are at the
forefront to help our customers maintain their technological
competitive edge.
With the advent of OAI and CTI technology,
more sophisticated and powerful methods of communicating are
now
available to the entire business community. These methods of
communications include ISDN, video conferencing, Internet
connectivity through the telephone system, and the efficient and
cost-effective method of "marrying"
computers with voice
processing systems. Utilizing these technologies makes sense,
and in most cases, saves our customers enough "hard dollars" to
pay for their entire system.
